Named as one of Hartford, Connecticut’s 50 most influential people, Paul "Paolo" Mozzicato serves as a principal in family businesses, including Mozzicato Real Estate, which manages commercial and residential properties. In that capacity, Paul "Paolo" Mozzicato oversees new construction, analyzes the market, and tracks the company’s portfolio.
Mr. Mozzicato co-owned Mozzicato Bakery, taking responsibility for five locations. He handled retail and wholesale logistics, maintained payroll and accounts receivable, and conducted market research. Before his real estate and restaurant career, he served as a financial consultant for firms in Hartford and Boston.
A founding South Hartford Business Alliance member, Mr. Mozzicato has also joined other organizations, such as the International Council of Shopping Centers and the American Bakers Association. He is active in charity, supporting the Hometown Foundation, which, among other things, assists service members and people with disabilities.
Professionally, Mr. Mozzicato is a licensed real estate broker certified by the New England Real Estate Institute and the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors. His other achievements include studies in real estate at the University of Hartford, a BA in economics from Boston University, and a master’s in economics from Trinity College. Paul "Paolo" Mozzicato enjoys golf, reading, cooking, and weightlifting in his spare time.
